When we arrived home from Cincinnati, we found a For Sale sign in front of our house! Our home went on the market on July 16th, and Jim and I are hoping that it doesn't stay on the market for long!We decided to put our house up for sale about a month ago. Now that Jim is working in Glendale once again, he faces a 45-minute commute to and from work each day. He would love to shorten that drive. We are also looking for a little more space in a new home; a finished basement would be a plus!
We love our house, however (We should - we built it!). If it doesn't sell, we will gladly stay and perhaps try again in spring. In the meantime, if you or anyone you know is looking to buy a home, send them our way! We'd love to show them our wonderful house!
