Over the summer, a friend of mine had encouraged me to join facebook. I refused, thinking that it was for "the kids" and not for old farts like me. Last week, I joined facebook on a whim only to find that many people my age and older are there! It seems that everyone has a facebook page!
I have had fun exploring the features of facebook and reconnecting with friends from elementary school, high school, and college over the last few days. I am sure that the novelty of it will fade, but it certainly has been a fun distraction over the last week!
