When Bailey isn't sleeping, he is up to his old tricks. He has been causing trouble all over the house! He urinated on the staircase for the kazillionth time earlier this week, and he has continued to howl at every passer-by that dares to trespass on the sidewalk in front of the house. He has also recently developed a taste for the firewood next to our fireplace. When we are not giving him the attention that he desires, he tiptoes into the den for a little nibble on a log.
After arriving home tonight and meeting Bailey's basic needs for food, water, and a trip outdoors, I sat down at the computer to do a little facebooking. Evidently, Bailey did not agree with my choice of afterschool activities, as he grabbed a pad of paper in his mouth and ran from me to the living room, where he proceeded to tear apart the notepad with great fury.
Perhaps we will try to cure Bailey's case of the stir-crazies with some time outside this weekend.
