Punta Cana Nights

Jim and I spent most of our vacation days by the pool - soaking up the sun, reading, swimming, and relaxing. We stayed near the pool until late in the afternoon on most days, and then headed back to our room to shower and snooze before going "out" for dinner.

We ate at a different resort restaurant each evening. On Monday night, we dined at Passion, a romantic a la carte restaurant that served delicious food. Jim was surprised at how quickly I ate my meal! On Tuesday night, we took in a late dinner at the Market Grill, a steakhouse situated on the beach. We were once again pleased with our food. We ate at Vento, a restaurant that served international specialties with a Mediterranean flair, on Wednesday night. On Thursday, we went to Bana, where we sat at a Teppanyaki table and watched our chef cook for us. We went back to Bana on our final night of our trip to sit at a booth in the Asian fusion section of the restaurant.

After dinner each night, we enjoyed walking the grounds of the resort or on the beach. We passed on the entertainment offered by the resort (they offered a themed performance each evening). We did not pass, however, on any cocktails. We enjoyed our fair share of those each evening, too!
