Capital Brewery

After a brief stop for a wine tasting and a cheese plate in downtown New Glarus and lunch at Claddagh Irish Pub in Middleton, we visited Capital Brewery for a very short tour. Although Capital Brewery is much larger than the New Glarus Brewery, the tour was about 20 minutes shorter than our first. We were glad that we had combined the two tours; if we had driven the distance that we did for just one tour, I think that we would have been mightily disappointed.
We enjoyed samples of a few of Capital's brews in small souvenir glasses. We are all stocked up on souvenir glasses!

We took a peek into the vats used in making beer.

We walked through the large warehouse stockpiled with boxes upon boxes of Capital's brews.

We enjoyed our tour of Wisconsin breweries and our day spent with Chris and Mike! Thank you for joining us, Chris and Mike!
